Step 1: Head over to the Top Tier Tutors’s website and click on the “Dashboard”: https://toptiertutors.co.za/

Step 2: You’ll then be prompted to login as a student or a tutor. Click the “Tutor Login” button.

Step 3: You need to set a password, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts needed and an email will be sent to your inbox where you can then set a password.

Step 4: Once you’ve set a password, head back to the tutor dashboard by following the above steps again and login.

Step 5: Head to the “Settings” tab

Step 6: Scroll down until you find the “Agent Schedule”. Here, you can click the “Set Custom Schedule” button and then set your desired working hours for each day of the week.

Please note, all lessons start on the hour, so ensure you make yourself available from 15:00 or 16:00 for example. You cannot make yourself available from 15:20 or 16:30 for example. This is a recurring calendar. If you make yourself available from 16:00 - 18:00 on Monday, the system will open your schedule from 16:00 - 18:00 every Monday moving forward.
